🍒🍇🍉🍎Fruits! Feed people lots and lots of fruit(> 3-5 servings) per day and obesity and disease rates plummet down! How’s that for your daily prescription?! EAT THESE IN EXCESS! Natures candy is the best candy! Even diabetics who increase their fruit amount by 10 fold actually end up REDUCING their insulin, because thats what the body wants! The more fruit you eat, the better! Do not worry about "fructose" as it is perfectly packaged in whole fruits as it should be, and is designed perfectly for our bodies. Fructose is bad when you extract it from fruits and then try to eat it. It's all about how it's packaged and delivered to our cells, and you can't beat nature.

🥒🍆🍅Vegetables- Americans are deficient in fiber and vital nutrients we get from vegetables. This relates to nutritional starvation and our obesity epidemic. One of the biggest reason we have this obesity epidemic is because we are nutritionally starving and missing key nutrients our bodies are designed to eat! FILL IN THOSE MISSING NUTRIENTS and the weight will come off like magic!✨ Including Leafy Greens🥬🥦 technically all vegetables should be ate in unlimited amounts but these are the most nutrient dense foods on the planet!! Key to weight loss = more nutrient dense foods compared to caloric! Eating more of your leafy greens if you’re trying to lose weight! Saute them, blend them up, or have a salad before each meal! Crowd out the bad guys!

🥜BEANS- a study found that not having beans /legumes in your diet is one of the greatest predictors of health and premature death. & Did you know peanuts are actually a legume? Beans beans the magical fruit the more you eat the smaller your waist and longer you'll live! Legumes should be a staple in your diet if you're looking to lose weight and get healthy! Replace that fatty meat with cholesterol free, nutrient rich legumes!

🍠🥔Whole grains- like sweet potatoes, quinoa, brown rice. Carbs are good for the soul, great for satisfying meals, and actually great for weight loss (whole food sources that is). These whole grains are full of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and powerful phytochemicals that fight disease and improve circulation and overall health. But refined/processed carbs are not, so limit and reduce intake of those (things like white flour, white bread, white pasta, cookies, pastries, etc) you can make these foods in better whole grain versions! I base my meals around starches and have never been thinner!

🌿🍋 Herbs and spices! Did you know herbs and spices are the most powerful antioxidants that fights disease, promote healthy aging, and can boost metabolism and burn fat. Adding cinnamon to your morning coffee, oatmeal, protein shake can do so much! Really, spice it up a bit. Add spices to al meals, the magic in flavor combinations is endless! Variety is the spice of life!


I hope this helps you understand that losing weight is NOT about restricting, eliminating or counting. Its about getting back to the basics and giving your body the nourishment it needs!
